Our fully indoor storage facility offers 24/7 secure, monitored access with individual unit alarms, cameras, fire sprinklers, rodent protection, and convenient features like polythene ceilings, wide aisles, and onsite toilets for safe and easy storage.

Our facility is fully indoors, including loading zones to protect you and your stuff from the elements. Each unit is individually alarmed, and alarms are monitored around the clock. We have open area motion sensors, cameras, and security-controlled access doors in operation. Units can be accessed 24/7.
The units have polythene ceilings to prevent any dust or debris entering the space.
We have rodent and fire protection in place, including sprinklers that alert the fire brigade automatically if activated. We maintain toilet facilities and a packaging supply shop onsite.
FAQs
Once signed up, you can access your Self Storage unit 24/7. You must sign up during our office hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and Saturdays via pre-arranged appointments between the hours of 9am and 1pm).
Customers are to supply their own padlocks, (the facility cannot hold padlock keys), we sell padlocks at our packaging shop if you don’t have one lying around.

We charge a $20.00 bond for the access tag along with the first month’s rental on sign up (bond is refundable at move out), and we encourage customers to seek private storage insurance, however insurance isn’t compulsory. Any days paid for but unused are refunded at the end of the stay.
Typically, payments are made via direct debit, on the first of each month, in advance. We refund any rent credits for days paid for but unused at the end of your stay. We also have online accounts for making payments and checking account balances. If you sign up to our 6 or 12 months in advance payment plan, we will invoice you 30 days prior to when your next payment is due. We also have EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa options.
We offer 2 different discount plans:
Pay for 11 months upfront, get 12th month free (first 11 months payable at sign up).
Or
5% discount for 6 months in advance payment.
Payment plans are not lease terms - days paid for but unused get refunded at the end of your stay.
