Managed storage is primarily used for cars boats, caravans and other vehicle storage. Managed Storage offers all the security features of self-storage. We offer indoor and outdoor storage options. Our indoor option utilises an alarmed, monitored, and rodent-protected warehouse. The outdoor storage yard is just as secure, with more flexible access. we can cater for all shapes and sizes, from aircraft to tour buses, and more!
Keeping your stuff in safe hands!
The indoor managed storage sheds are accessible via staff member during office hours, a staff member is always present when you park or remove your vehicle. The alarmed and monitored shed contains other customer’s vehicles.
Due to this method of operations, your vehicle is safe with us. The managed storage sheds are for storage purposes only, there is no working on vehicles within the managed storage sheds.
Access can be provided to the secured outdoor storage yard via security tag, very handy if the weather clears up and you need to get the caravan or boat out on a whim one weekend! Same as the indoor storage option, there is no working on vehicles in the outdoor area.

- Indoor option has all the security features of the Self-Storage, Alarmed and monitored, rodent protected, fire sprinklers, the works.
- Accessible during office hours (8am to 5pm Mon – Fri and Saturday via pre-booked appointments), We also offer after hours collection and drop off options.
- Outdoor option is just as secure, but greater access flexibility.

No, Managed storage is for storage purposes only.
- We need to hold keys to all vehicles in the managed storage areas in case they need to be shifted. This includes ignition keys for steering locks and padlock keys for any clamp/drawbar lock. Keys are kept in a separate area to the vehicles for extra security.
- We encourage customer to seek insurance, or continue, any insurance policy they have in place. Insurance is not compulsory.
